Walmart would not accept my returns

Toilet wand refills fall apart during use

I have used the Clorox wand toilet cleaner refills for years. It seems since the pandemic the quality of the refills has greatly diminished, Every time I use one, it is falling apart before I can complete the toilet bowl cleaning. I am always afraid that I am going to have to reach into the toilet bowl to get the wand head out. head out of the taoilet. wan

Toilet cleaner wand refills fall apart

After purchasing 3 packages of refills they come apart every time I use one.This seems like the new reguar now.I am going back to conventional cleaning.Do not purchase.

Defective product

I bought a brand new box of toilet wand replacement heads today 4-26-21. Used a new head and it promptly fell apart after hitting the toilet water. Tried another, used very light pressure and it too fell apart. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I am fed up. I feel restitution of some sort is due me as I, in good faith, used your product and your company failed to deliver on the product capabilities. Right on the box it states that the product addresses lime scale. As of this date, the lime scale in my toilet is winning the battle against your product. Call me to discuss your planned resolution. 208-807-****. I am on Mountain Time, two hours behind you.

Defective Clorox Toilet Wand Refills

I've been using the Clorox Toilet Wand for years and have bought numerous boxes of refills without problem. However, the last box of refills I purchased was useless. The sponge was barely attached to the plastic part that attaches to the wand. As soon as I tried to use it, it fell off. I checked the next refill and could easily peel it away from the plastic with very little effort. They were all unusable. I can't give you the box number for this product because I dumped them into the the dispenser as soon as I bought it, and before I knew there was a problem. Now, I'm wondering if I dare buy another box of refills or not, as I don't want to waste my money again. Thank you.

Clorox cleanup with incomplete sprayer

Unlike many customer service phone numbers, I was connected almost immediately with an agent who answered my question immediately. I was getting no product from the sprayer. When I took the top of the bottle off, I could see no tube. I was told the tube is built into the main part of the bottle on the side and takes several (like 10-15) pumps to get working. The agent told me this way there is no product left at the bottom of the bottle. Clever!!

Before the pandemic I use to faithfully buy a large quantity of Clorox Wipes, now during the pandemic they have not been available in stores for sometime now. Therefore I've had to order them online and pay triple! the price. I've been a longtime loyal customer, and now that I am in need of these disinfectant wipes to keep my family safe it's been a real struggle finding them I've had to purchase them online and pay triple the amount, It's frustrating!

The question dealt with raising alkalinity. I wanted to know the difference between the effectiveness of sodium bicarbonate which is normally used in pools to raise alkalinity and sodium hydrogen carbonate which is the product made by Clorox. I did not get a clear explanation.

Opened a NEW bottle of "Clorox Spray", and it does not spray, or anything,, and yes I tried everything, all settings on the spray Bottle, even took off the top!
